Just got back from a great cruise on MSC Seascape in the Bahamas. It was a 4 night and I had balcony room 12655. The room was nice, good size, and quiet. The room steward was great! The ship itself is massive and has tons of spots to eat, drink, swim and relax. It took 2-3 days just to get the lay of the land. It's beautifully decorated and in great shape. I would put the food above average for cruises - this is my first MSC but my 8th cruise in 5 different brands, and I would put it above Royal and just under Norwegian. Especially the buffet food was always better than expected- I keep my expectations low for the buffet- and main dining was good too. I didn't try the specialty restaurants. The kid activities were amazing! I came solo but I know my kids would have loved the water park, water slides, amusement park ride and more. Embarking was super fast and easy, and disembarking was as well. I did self-carry because I had an early flight and was off the ship and in my cab in 15 minutes. The only part that to me was sub-par was the staff. They always seemed annnoyed and unpleasant no matter which area I went to. And the service was slower than expected at bars and at the customer service desk. Only our main waiter and room steward had the pleasant service I've come to love on cruises. I think MSC could put more emphasis on staff attitude. But maybe it's a European thing? I also think the private Island, Ocean Cay, was a bit boring. Absolutely beautiful, but grumpy bar staff and just not a lot to do. Everything else was fantastic and I would definitely cruise MSC again based on this experience.

We had a great time with MSC Seascape, they treated us so well and the amount of activities they had were perfect to pass the time with our friends and family. A special shoutout to Francisco and Mariano from Deck 7 Bar, they were so friendly and hilarious, made the experience very memorable! We are definitely coming back!
