Thank you for your follow-up regarding our recent cruise on MSC Seaside. Overall, we were very satisfied with the quality of the food and the onboard facilities, and we truly appreciated the hospitality during our trip. However, I would like to point out a concern regarding our accommodation. We had booked a Junior Suite, but the cabin we were assigned (12065) was noticeably smaller in both cabin size and balcony than what was described at the time of booking. This was disappointing, as the suite did not fully match the expectations set by the reservation details. I kindly ask for your clarification regarding this discrepancy, and I would appreciate it if you could review the situation. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your response.
All was very good.
Overall experience is very good, everything well organised, nice and tidy, plenty of opportunity to relax. The waiter at dinner was great, who served in Seashore, table 452, his names is Syarif. In the theatre it was too cold, other areas were ok. It is a pity that Puerto Rico was cancelled.
Food ,service, & visual appearance of ship all v.gd...entertainment & communication poor...disembarking a mess and left us with a sour view of the organization skills of the officers...told in revised itinerary that ship would arrive Miami 5pm; it was 7:30pm before the first passengers were able to leave
Embarkation was fast at 12pm, but rooms were not ready, luggage was delivered only around 9pm, poor organization at restaurants: long lines, and a lot of empty shelves, which could be used to prevent people standing in lines, assigned dinner time for 5.30 - who is hungry at that time?! No way to change time slot. Paid umbrellas on the ocean cay - ridiculous and no comments. Total mess during disembarkation: they made passengers to leave rooms by 7 am, assigned time slots, grouping numbers and meeting points to quickly leave the ship, but this didn’t help, 2 hours in line!!!! Instead of getting off at 8, we left at 11. Crazy!
