It was my least favorite of my past 9 cruises. I will never cruise MSC again.

Was not impressed with this cruise line… although the ship was beautiful, there was lack of entertainment, no variety in music… most of the music on the ship was catered to the Latino crowd, and the food was either very salty or too sweet. The MSC app did not allow us to create group chats and it was hard to navigate, which forced me to by WiFi that didn’t even work well for me. Non-alcoholic drink packages were not advertised properly, as prior to the cruise, we were under the impression that this package covered specialty coffees and smoothies. It wasn’t until embarkation day that we found out none of this was covered and ended up upgrading our drink package for additional costs. The pool areas are always crowded so there wasn’t a chance for us to even lounge by the pool. The only positive experience we had was dining at Paxos. The wait staff was very friendly, hospitable and entertaining. Adrian always made sure we were very well taken care of.
Beautiful ship. Great entertainment and food. It’s an excellent ship. We had the best butler and steward. The staff is amazing!
I had a great time! The staff and crew really took care of me. I would definitely go on MSC America again and again.
