Best experience of cruise with MSC World Europa. Kind staffs and good conditioned facility. The cabin was wide and cozy as well! Definitely recommend. Cuisine was little bit salty and strong.

Excelent experience
All is good. But Monica in the casino was very rude to me.
Horrible. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. With the exception of our head waiter (trained by Royal Caribbean) every staff member was rude, aloof, on their phone, and couldn’t give a care about the customer experience. The ship broke down for 8 hours in the middle of the sea. No AC, thru closed the pool, skipped a port (Naples), and offered no actual consideration for the huge problem. I was sick halfway through the trip, and staff member barged into my room while I was napping, and when I asked him to leave (yes a male and I’m a woman) he refused and said he needed to restock the mini bar. Yes. That actually happened. The next day, at 10:30 am horrible Spanish rap started blasting through my room speaker. The speaker used for emergency announcements. When I asked a staff member to please turn it off, he told me it was a test to speakers. Except there was never an announcement about a test. And the music blasted for 35+ minutes. Eventually I had to leave my own room because it would not turn off. I’m angry that I spent $5555 US on this shitty experience. It was supposed to be a nice birthday trip for my daughter and it was a complete disaster. If you’re American, let me save you the time and heartache, do not book MSC!
Ship, shows, dining, and crews are all amazing. Do not purchase browse internet, which barely worked, totally a disaster.

Ship is almost new and packed with advanced technology. Staff is motivated to help You in any way they can to make You happy. Despite in peak moments crowded, it's never more than few minutes You have to wait for your turn for particular service. You really will understand how massive the machine is once You are near it. As I traveled first time In cruise, I was surprised by this mandatory tipping system. Also read carefully what is included in drinks packages as some of the fancy drink stores are not included for some reason. Overall a great experience and would recommend.
