Ship is very tired, rooms are old looking not bright or modern. Our cabin had wardrobe doors that didn't close and a bad repair job of just a screw through some wood. Cabin staff and dining staff great as always, Front desk staff appalling. Had two complaints which they took smilingly and then did NOTHING about. Sadly through inexperience we were under pool deck and got woken every single nigh with them cleaning between two and four in the morning. No warning was given on this at booking and no reflection in reduced price that would have given us a clue. Lastly the food, in the buffet restaurant the food was always looking tired or half full, skin on the sauces and curly cheese. Other cruise line buffet always look fresh and inviting. Altogether I would not travel with them again
