We had a wonderful and memorable cruise experience with Royal Caribbean. The staff were friendly and attentive, the onboard facilities were excellent, and the itinerary was well-planned. Very good on ship, but I am so disappointed with the fact that you didn't told me about the free day pass to enter Japan, after I asked so many time about it bes long before the trip. I had to apply for a Japan visa, took 2 days unpaid leave from work, traveled very far two trips to Shanghai to apply, pay lots of money for the visas, just to find out that I didn't need it. at all I am frustrated that the wrong information reached my ears only on the day I went for the excursion trip into Japan. So much wasted time and money on my side. I told it to one person from your company, but I could see that she had not intyres in my story and I just walked away to safe me the frustration.
