I was supported by Martyn to purchase our kitchen floor tiles. Nothing was a problem, Martyn gone extra mile to get me some tiles to Nottingham showroom so i can see and compare in person. We went ahead and placed our order now. Also, it’s not a first order in this showroom. The service is always great so we end up coming back for next projects. We would highly recommend!!

Purchased tiles and other products from the Minworth branch. Had excellent service from all staff especially Dom. Staff where helpful and knowledgeable. Tiles were the cheapest around. Would definitely use this store again

The young gentleman called Sean was very helpful when I was in store on Friday. He took the time to go over all the products with me to make sure I was getting the correct one for what I wanted it for.. Very friendly and approachable.

Gary was very helpful and patient whilst I chose the grout, trim and sealant colour to go with varying coloured tiles.

Andrew , who works at CTD in Darlington was very helpful to us today. He helped us to pick lots tiles that were suitable for outside back patio

We have used CTD tile shop on Darlington for many years and their service is faultless. Today we went in again to check availability of outdoor tiles.

Steve at the Birkenhead Branch helped in choosing and ordering the tiles along with all the necessary fixing products and the prices are always competitive. Great staff. Jamie & Teo …. 2 of the nicest men!! Very helpful & very patient 😁!! Truly go above and beyond. Ensuite completed July 2024. Floor & wall tiles purchased. Customer satisfaction 100%!!! Have been to other Tile showrooms but put off by pushy staff this is not something that happens at CTD. Currently looking for tiles to renovate main bathroom. Great all round service & fair prices for nice quality tiles.

Have been going into ctd for years wouldn't use any over trade shop for tiling products Lorraine and the 2 stevies can't do enough for you very helpful with advice and special offers would highly recommend regards George mathieson

Popped in today to confirm/pay for my tile order for my refurbished ensuite. The staff at CDT are so helpful - Garry discussed matching up grout and gave sound advice about grout for my other/ existing shower room.
When I got home I changed my mind about collecting the tiles and Martyn sorted out home delivery. They couldn’t be more helpful.

Great set of lads in the Stockton branch. Always helpful and go the extra mile when sourcing materials. Thanks again.
