For housing they tried to supported but unfortunately incorrect inappropriately one Council to the another Council local fake issues makes really hard to get any support. We lived in Hillingdon under Council housing more than 5 years but that doesn't mean anything to them. LONDON all Borough's follows the 5 years rules some only 3 years Council are happy to given housing wheras Hillingdon Council after 14 years nothing given to most of the CITIZENS even though 4 children's. Standing base on seriously Currupted Borough. Plenty of times we had Housing Solicitors Legal Aid, Scam Legal Aid another fake harrassement Legal Funding misusing issues another Court. They taken me to the Court unreasonably misusing LEGAL AID Funding no one knows more than us as we are Victims. This I made serious mistakes given Children's Social services permission to did work but I didn't thought this much too harmful dangerous groups of Culprits Criminals Offensive Anti-social they was. NHS GP, POLICE OFFICERS, CAB HILLINGDON, MP all they did taken action to ended up that Court. So yes this is Called LEGAL AID misfortunes. Together 5 Solicitors kept continued harrassement thousands and thousands of Questions that I wasn't able to looked after my Son. So who looked after my Child. Serious unbelievably Criminals Hillingdon Council and their Offensive activities. After harrassement 3 years given Council flat another Scams that Court given us WHITE GOODS. Basically we bought everything myself this also they targeted. I should to listen COURT SOLICITOR DWP CAB whatever adviced me not to be paid any more money that's the right adviced because of illegally unlawfully again Hillingdon Council targeted us. Money misusing policies only there isn't any bit if faith. So why I lost my Council property. Scams over to the Scams. If I turned down Council property £35,000 they offered me which was seriously evils planning. They won't be given any penny the lower quality of professionalism they are practiticing this is called totally Offensive Anti-social activities. Any humans or families harming intentions is illegal inhumane. Legal Aid Badge holders name Illegal Criminals. Housing is the main basic needs and forced grabbed house that means too many many intentions directly killing murdering planning. We have thousands and thousands of friends and families in different different Borough's but no one could believe even though what Hillingdon Council did to us. Always distrust unreliable unfaithful main nature of the Council in Hillingdon that is Anti-social Offensive Criminals activities harming they do towards Residents. Years and years no improvements. Local Council barriers boundaries makes no support from the Local Council or outside Council. Schools Children's education not focused rather than combined with the Council LEGAL AID harrassement. This cold snow rainy days open field PE without having no jackets or anything only a T-shirt to making Students children's seriously unwell fever coughs to reported Children's Social services Child is absent due to mothers illnesses this issues happened aswell. I didn't did PE or Fever I had that caused UXBRIDGE HIGH SCHOOL another Children's harming groups. They just combined together made my name lies harrassement abusing unbelievably unexpected. I driven my Child in School good health came out with fever. Anyways by the grace of God I have given Children's lives damagers proper feedback. This is the reasons Council or Political parties brought up illiterate no qualified people also given them Asylum rights SLAMS BUSSINNESS because of Council could do whatever they wants illegally unlawfully. We are highly qualified educated families so this we won't be given chances anymore. SLAMS is the main features in LONDON particularly this Political parties and Council they do allowed. Killing each others fighting each others worst than so many others poorer countries. My trauma experiences just bit of sharing to the Manager who adviced me to go for housing in Hillingdon. No its totally wrong putting myself into danger life threatening death again but thanks so much this is your job to adviced. Thanks indeed.

Ms. Bisola Alase-Walford is an exceptional and customer - oriented Adviser at the Brent Citizens' Advice Bureau !!! Every time l have been to her office to seek advice, guidance and support about different aspects especially Money and/or Debt advice, she has always been so helpful! Despite the heavy workload, she does create the time to identify one's needs at the outset and then finds appropriate solutions to him or her. I'm very happy and impressed indeed with her excellent Customer service and Problem - solving skills !!!!!!

Meleisa Phipps has been absolutely amazing, helping me from start to finish and informing me on so many things that could help me in the future. I have never needed help before and have been extremely anxious about trying to deal with it all and she made me feel so comfortable and allowed me to open up with no judgement, she is an asset to citizens advice bureau and I will be forever grateful for all her help.

Staff are very customer friendly, helpful, they treated every one with respect,they maintained good listening skills .

I had a good experience today at Citizens Advice Brent. We were helped by Melissa to resolve an outstanding tax credits issue with HMRC.
She really listened to us and took the time to get in touch with HMRC for us.
