I recently completed my dental treatment at Dentakay Antalya, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process went incredibly smoothly.

From the moment I landed in Antalya to the second I took off, my experience with Dentakay was genuinely outstanding in every way.

I was treated with a level of care, organisation, and attention that made the whole journey feel effortless and reassuring. Every transfer, appointment, and step of the treatment plan was handled smoothly, and I always felt looked after and fully informed. It wasn’t just dental treatment — it was a fully supported experience where you never feel left on your own.

The clinic itself is state of the art — absolutely spotless, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which immediately gave me confidence that I was in the best possible place.

A special mention has to go to Dr Ozdemir, who has genuinely changed my life. His work and attention to detail made a huge difference to my smile and confidence, and I felt completely safe in his hands throughout the process.

Also, huge credit to the root canal specialist Sevgi — honestly one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Calm, precise, and clearly highly skilled, she made a difficult procedure feel controlled and manageable from start to finish.

Overall, the whole team made me feel looked after like royalty. From clinical excellence to patient care and hospitality, Dentakay exceeded expectations in every possible way.

Being picked up from the airport, returned to the airport. Picked up and dropped back to the hotel allways onetime and having the food all inclusive makes it a stress free experience. You can tell that dentakay generally want to give you the best care and experience as possible, for example once my final teeth was cemented in the dentist made a lot of effort to make sure all the excess cement in between teeth was removed which I could tell wasn't an easy process to pull the strips between some of the back teeth but he perservered for quite a while until he was happy that it was all removed which tells me that they care and are trying to provide a service that we are happy with. I had x2 implants done aswel as crowns and a root canal so far so good no complaints 👌

Overall we had an excellent experience, a couple of minor hiccups which were dealt with and sorted out at great speed and to our satisfaction. This professional friendly team of consultants, dentists, dental assistants, reception staff, taxi drivers, photographers and radiography staff were most welcoming, polite, patient and worked so well together as a cohesive team.

The treatment we received was second to none and I will be recommending Dentakay to anyone considering a trip to Turkey for dental treatment

Everything is taken care of for you from the flights to hotel stay and transportation to and from. The level of care and professionalism is outstanding, I had 12 extractions, 7 implants and 28 zirconium crowns done. I would certainly recommend anyone looking to get any kind of treatment done to go with dentakay as they go above and beyond for there patients. This is truly what separates them from other dental clinics. I’m very happy and satisfied with the results

If anyone is thinking of going Here I would say don't. I was over there in Dentakay Dentist the end of January just gone I got all on 6 implants top and bottom it was my final visit. So got the implants in one day before I went home so I was home about 4 weeks when my top left implants felt different and a bit uncomfortable so I got on to Dentakay to tell them what was going on and they were not very helpful what so ever. I was told to go and get an x-ray and get back to them . Number 1 they now there is not a Dentist in Ireland that would touch you so why tell me to get an x-ray. Number 2 when I eventually got them back to me after all the texts I sent to them they gave me a list of x-ray centers in England and told me to pick one so I picked Nottingham for may the 16th so I sent to them to let them know 2 days passed and they came back and asked for my full name date of birth address phone number hold on have you not got all that all ready anyway I sent it to them that was on the 7th of May and I kept texting them and they came back on Saturday the 9th and said that they were still waiting for the x-ray center to get back to them now it's the 11th and I'm flying over to the UK on Friday the 15th and now I have been told that they can't get appointment for that date. Now for someone who was given a price of
€10.500 but when I got over the price went up to over 16.500 . So im here in Ireland with very uncomfortable implants and I'm getting no help what so ever after paying that money Dentakay are only after your money because once they get there money you won't get any after care they have let me down . Not to mention my bite is all wrong i can only eat on the right side and my bottom implants have gaps on the front Shane 57 years of age



I'm just replying to the response from Dentakay I live in Ireland and you don't have any after care service what so ever here and there is not one Dentist in Ireland that would touch you if you got your teeth done in Turkey

Teeth look amazing, the whole process is really fast and easy with the transfers to and from the hotel. The hotel and food is amazing just don’t expect to enjoy it much if your having a lot of work done but it’s still more comfortable then been at home 👌

I am a 65-year-old woman who travelled alone to Turkey, placing my trust entirely in Dentakay clinic. Initially, I was very satisfied with the environment and service. However, following payment of a £2,000 deposit, the standard of care fell significantly below what is acceptable.
They failed to provide agreed transportation from my previous hotel, forcing me to arrange my own taxi. More seriously, during treatment, I was subjected to extremely distressing procedures. On two occasions, my teeth were removed using what I can only describe as a hammer and chisel. I was visibly distressed, crying and sobbing in the chair, yet no appropriate care, reassurance, or duty of patient welfare was exercised. I was simply instructed to calm down.

During the procedure, my existing implant was damaged. This represents a clear failure to exercise reasonable skill and care. Furthermore, I was repeatedly asked for additional payments throughout the course of treatment, which appears to be a systematic practice also experienced by other patients.

On the final day—when my dental prosthetics were to be fitted—I was given an appointment time just 15 minutes prior to my required departure for the airport. This created an unreasonable and foreseeable risk that the treatment would be rushed and incomplete. Indeed, the dentist was unable to complete the treatment to an acceptable standard within the time available.

Despite prior agreement that adjustments could be made to the colour of my teeth, this was refused on the basis of time constraints. The dentist himself expressed concern that the prosthetics did not fit correctly, and I witnessed laboratory technicians attempting to alter them in the treatment room. The final result is ill-fitting and clinically unacceptable.

I was explicitly told that no further adjustments could be made unless I was prepared to miss my flight. Under such pressure, I had no reasonable opportunity to consent to or refuse treatment in a meaningful way. I declined final photographs due to the unacceptable condition of the work.

As I was leaving, I was physically assaulted by a member of Dentakay staff after mistakenly picking up the wrong folder. Additionally, the previously agreed airport transfer was not provided, forcing me once again to arrange and pay for my own transport.

As a direct result of Dentakay clinic’s actions, I have suffered significant emotional distress and am now facing substantial corrective dental treatment costs.

In light of the above, I consider Dentakay clinic to be in breach of contract and in violation of fundamental patient rights, including the right to safe, competent, and dignified care.

I contacted customer care on my return regarding my treatment and was advised that my 7-year warranty has been cancelled because I chose to leave the clinic rather than remain for further corrective treatment, which would have required me to miss my scheduled flight and incur additional expenses at my own cost.

The circumstances leading to this situation were beyond my control. During the initial procedure, my original implant was damaged by the dentist, leaving me with no alternative but to pay additional costs for a replacement implant. In addition, the laboratory technician failed to produce properly fitting teeth, resulting in further treatment being required.

As I had a significant prior commitment the following day, I was unable to extend my stay or rearrange my travel plans at such short notice. Despite this, I am now being informed that my warranty is no longer valid due to my decision to travel home as originally scheduled.
My other concerns were conveniently ignored

At first, everything seemed professional: warm welcome, friendly staff, pleasant hotel, and an organisation that appeared serious. Regarding the dental work itself, I am not judging the final result here.

My negative experience concerns planning, communication, and respect of commitments.

For months, the clinic knew that my treatment had to be completed by April 22, because I had an important professional convention in Belek starting on April 23. This was clearly explained and confirmed several times in advance.

Despite this, the treatment was not finished on time. My schedule was seriously disrupted, I lost working time, and professional obligations were affected.

What disappointed me most was the lack of effective solutions once problems appeared. Communication was slow, phone contact was difficult, and urgent matters had to be handled mainly through messages.

I also incurred additional transport costs due to organisational issues.

My advice to future patients: make sure timelines are confirmed in writing, ask what happens if treatment is delayed, and avoid paying the full balance before everything is completed.

In summary: attractive presentation and strong marketing, but in my personal experience the management and communication did not meet expectations.

Unfortunately, I regret this experience and would not choose this clinic again.

My first visit to this clinic was absolutely amazing, I had live change decision when I decided to get the treatment at Dentakay in Antalia. Now I looking forward to finish the tratment in the second visit and to meet this entire amazing team.

I am very happy with the level of service I have received from Dentakay. The technology they have is second to none. My final zirconia arches were completed by Dr. Nuray Cordanoğlu Eren, she went over and above with the care she took to make sure I was happy, her attention to detail was amazing. I had to have 1 implant replaced as it had failed to integrate, this shows how much attention to detail Dentakay take as lesser clinics would have left it there and relied on the other implants to carry the load. The overall cost was more than I initially thought, but I did take a slightly different route to get to the final result. You are getting what you pay for with Dentakay, there is no point skimping on money when it comes to your oral health. The whole experience was smooth start to finish and the whole team all did there part to make my end result what it is. Thank you Dentakay and thank you again Dr. Nuray Cordanoğlu Eren for my fantastic smile 😃

From first meeting in London to having first of 2 treatments I cannot fault the excellent service I have been given from flight bookings to hotel to being met at antalya airport and meeting the staff and having 1st procedure i have nothing but great things to say about Dentakay Antalya....I would willingly recommend them to anyone....well done 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
