Thank you for the service. The dentist and the assistant are very kind. I am very happy that I chose you to be my dentist here in Copenhagen. It is not painful at all and it is quick. They will really take care of you when you come to the clinic. I am comfortable in their clinic because it is big and very clean and their prices are very affordable. Best clinic in Copenhagen.

Professional and kind dentist

The two dentists I saw here were professional and kind, and I have no complaints about their clinical work. My issue is with the pricing structure I experienced during an emergency visit.

Their website states that emergency appointments have “no additional fees.” However, at my emergency appointment I paid 3,000 kr upfront and was then told that part of this amount would be lost unless I booked the follow-up treatment with the same clinic. I even asked about going to their Nørrebro location instead, but was told the money would still be lost.

After being in pain and overwhelmed, this left me feeling that I didn’t really have a choice, and that I was being pushed to continue treatment there in order not to lose part of what I had already paid.

Later, when I received the final invoice, it listed only 1,500 kr as paid at the first visit, with the rest moved to the second appointment. This redistribution was never explained to me in advance, and it did not match my understanding of “no additional fees” for emergency treatment.

I also had difficulties cancelling a later appointment because the online booking system gave an error (901049).

The dentists themselves were good, but the lack of transparency and the pressure created around the emergency payment left me uncomfortable and unwilling to continue treatment at this clinic. I was forced to come back or accept losing 1.500kr. That is not fitting with what their website states which is “no additional fees”.

After reading the clinic’s reply, I want to clarify that the issue was not a misunderstanding on my part.

During my emergency visit, before paying, I was explicitly told that part of the amount would be lost if I did not return to the same clinic for the follow-up appointment. I explained that this location was not convenient for me because I live in Greater Copenhagen, and I asked whether I could go to their Nørrebro clinic instead. I was told very clearly that the money would still be lost if I did that.

At that moment, I had already received emergency treatment and was still in discomfort, so this was not a situation where I could simply walk away or choose another dentist. It did not feel like an optional “reserved time”, it was presented as a condition attached to the payment.

Also, the full 3,000 kr charge was not disclosed in advance, and neither the printed nor the digital invoice explains this structure. There is no mention of a deposit, a reservation fee, or how the amount was allocated. The structure only became clear after receiving their email much later.

So while I appreciate their polite tone in the response, it does not match what actually happened during my visit. My concern remains the lack of transparency and the pressure created around the emergency payment, especially considering their website advertises emergency visits as having “no additional fees.”

The location is super central and easy to find. The staff, the hygienists and the doctors are super sweet and caring and they always take into account your comfort and pain levels. They did a great job on my teeth! Professional and fast work with good post-care recommendations!

I had a very good experience. Managed to get an appointment within a couple of hours of breaking my tooth. The dentist spoke very good English and was friendly and professional. Not cheap but I would recommend

I called the clinic early in the morning as I has been suffering terrible pain in my jaw for the previous 24 hours and suspected an infection. They arranged for me to see a dentist later that day. Needless to say I was quite anxious about seeing a dentist in a place where I didn't speak the language but all the staff I encountered were so reassuring and professional, especially the dentist who treated me. So basically one root canal treatment later I am now ready to resume the rest of my holiday pain free. Thank you all so much.

I had a great experience at Dentalklinikken. Came in to get my filling replaced and Dr. Ahmed was very professional, efficient and thorough. Highly recommend!

Dr Habib is a very professional, thoughtful and proactive proactive dentist. I came with an emergency issue and it was successfully resolved.

My crown fell out on Saturday evening, and I found Dentalklinikken via a Google search. They were one of the very few dentists working on Sunday in Copenhagen. I called them first thing in the morning (very convenient opening hours for a Sunday), and they booked me in for an appointment two hours later. The dentist and dental assistant taking care of my crown were super professional and worked very quickly, explaining what they were doing along the way. There was absolutely no pain. The rest of the staff was also super kind and polite, and helped me along the way. The crown is now back on, and it feels like I never lost it to begin with.

All in all, I am very happy with Dentalklinikken - and will definitely recommend them to anyone in a similar situation! :-)
