Diamonds Factory Ireland Reviews 

Been four weeks since ordering and I've had no updates. They ignore every single form of contact I make, and they've missed the deadline for sending the ring out so I had nothing for my planned engagement. Avoid like the plague if you want to actually receive a product and good communication.

Website says 2-4 weeks delivery time, which has straight up not happened and calls their rings 'bespoke' to avoid giving refunds when it is clear they are not bespoke, considering the only thing you have a say in is ring size. (Which they list on the site as though they have them all in stock already)

Such an amazing experience, we loved the ease of the process and how we were guided through the experience. The ring we picked was so beautiful and beyond are expectations.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. What should have been a straightforward and fair resolution turned into a frustrating and stressful process.
Despite raising a legitimate concern and requesting a refund, the company continues to insist on refunding only 70% of the ring's value, while refusing to provide a reasonable explanation as to why they believe they are entitled to retain the remaining 30%. As a consumer, I expected professionalism, transparency, and a willingness to resolve the issue fairly. Instead, I have been met with resistance and a lack of customer care.
The most disappointing aspect is not the financial loss, but the complete disregard for customer satisfaction and consumer rights. A reputable jeweller should stand behind its products and treat customers fairly when issues arise. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience.
I would strongly encourage potential customers to carefully consider their options before purchasing from this business. If a problem arises after the sale, do not expect the level of support and fairness that one would reasonably expect from a professional jeweller.

We had a great experience choosing our wedding bands at Diamonds Factory at the Powerscourt Shopping Centre in Dublin. Ewa our sales consultant was amazing very patient and helped us to choose the best options. Really recommend.

We went into the Diamonds Factory for a custom design that would perfectly stack on top of my engagement and wedding rings. Leah made the process very easy and enjoyable. The final product is also everything I hoped it would be and goes perfectly with the rest of my rings.

We dealt with DF cork. Janina was brilliant. Very professional service and we got our rings just in the timeframe they said we would. Absolutely amazing!

The help of the staff and how quick the ring was to be made and processed was fantastic. The amount of options within budjet (without judgement). There is nothing worse than mentioning a budget and feeling judged. This was never the case for Diamonds Factory

The necklace came in exactly how it should've and it's exactly what it says it is, there's a lot of choice online to customise the jewellery and the updates on the progress of your order is a neat touch.

Did not feel the service was great , no information given between order and collection of order. I had to call in 6 weeks after I placed the order to find out my earrings where there waiting for collection. However I felt the manager made me feel it was my fault I didn't know.

Brilliant experience! Glauce could not have been more helpful, she was knowledgeable and patient, I never felt under pressure to make a choice. Beautiful ring!

We got a warm welcome from Lucie, who from her guidance and knowledge is very experienced and has a genuine love of Diamonds and jewellery. She also has a great sence of humour and intuitition. With such a variety of designs and options of metals and diamonds...you will spoiled for choice. I'm delighted with my ring .

We went to the diamond factory Cork Ireland and had an appointment with Caoimhe. From start to finish she was very patient and helpful there was so many different styles and types of gold. I had an idea of the style of engagement ring and budget. By changing the size of the stones we were able to afford the ring that I liked. There is so much choice so it was hard to choose. Caoimhe was very patient and explained everything in great detail. Once we decided on the ring it then we were given the option or collection or delivery so since we lived so far away we got it delivered and it was perfect. I will buy all my jewellery from the diamond factory i future and have recommended it to many of my friends. It is great to have a good quality piece of jewellery that is affordable. Thanks to the diamond factory team for a beautiful ring and for keeping me updated with the process from start to finish.
