Bought a pair of earings in Dior Milan…
Bought a pair of earings in Dior Milan Galleria last 15 march this year. I have already problem with the lock. I wrote them march 26 and until now still waiting for the answer.

Very bad service! They ignored my defect earings. They didn’t care at all. Very dissappointed.

I placed an order on Sunday morning

I placed an order on Sunday morning. I understand weekends and bank holidays are not going to get orders delivered the following day if you place an order before 3pm. I have been waiting 2 days now still no idea when my perfume will be delivered. Am not going to hold my breath if i don’t receive it tomorrow. Customer service is just awful you don’t even get looked after it’s a joke how you get treated spending so much money as well. I will be getting in touch with my bank if i don’t receive my order soon i won’t wait 10 to 15 working days for a refund al get it much quicker from my bank. Not going to be using Dior online ever again am so put off by this it’s stressful not a nice experience getting it delivered when the whole point was stressful free instead it’s been stressful.

Good item, disappointing gift package

The item was good, but the packaging was a little bit disappointing, after two times that I have purchased two separated gifts, one was to assemble because there was a bag and the item outside of it, the other time there was a box without a bow and I had to put it by myself, I was expecting more.

So Hard to purchase a lipstick è difficile comprare un rossetto...

ho tentato 5 volte per comprare un rossetto (perché solo qua aveva il colore che volevo) e ogni volta spariva la finestra dopo 3D secure conferma. Ho provato con altra carta ma lo stesso risultato. Alla fine ho capito che hanno bloccato il mio account. L'unica cosa funziona è consulente che rispondo. Il sito in genere molto è lento per caricare.

I tried 5 times to buy a lipstick and the window disappeared every time press confirm the payment after 3 security check. The help center says that they blocked my purchase... T..T So I need to wait 2 days.
Absolutely the site does not live up to its name and so slow and unstable.
The only thing positive was their help desk people who reply quickly.
