We purchased this system a few years ago for our dog that thought chasing deer was a great idea. It has worked fabulously ! We have since added a golden retriever to the family and needed to add on an extra collar. Training her was very quick and easy!

Dog watch I give them 5 stars. Our dogs learned real quick, I wish we would have done this sooner. They did a great job and worked with are Ellie just fine. Tank is our new addition and he learned just fine.

This is our third invisible fence with DogWatch, our second with DogWatch of Metro Detroit. They have always been quick to respond and very helpful whenever we called. I've been very happy with the service I've received from DogWatch and will always use them moving forward! Highly recommend.

I wouldn’t even give one star. Had the worst customer service experiences ever, constant calling me to reschedule, finally had the guy out and he complained about being here, said he was tired and needed a vacation and left saying he wasn’t sure when he would be back. Then had 2 more cancellations until I fired them. We wasted valuable time as the weather is changing and it needed to be done already. Would never recommend.

DogWatch was FANTASTIC! Always available and followed up on any and all requests we had regarding the training for our dogs. We moved into a home where we needed the in-ground line extended - they came right out and created a bigger space for our furry friends! Thank you DogWatch for helping our move to Michigan smooth and effortless to get our dogs running and playing outside!

Excellent service, friendly, have used them twice, explained all instructions in detail, the trainer was awesome with both of our Golden Retrievers, answered all of our questions and very easy to contact them if you have further questions immediately or even two years later. The product (the fence) is great, works well, all instructions are clearly stated and all training thorough and complete. Highly recommend!

Saved the lives of my two puppies countless times

I've been very happy with DogWatch for the last 3 years. They installed our inground wire and then came out to help my train my dog. Since then we've had a couple times where our line broke due to external factors and DogWatch has come out quickly to locate and fix the issues. We just got another dog and they got me a collar and i had the option to train myself or have them come out to train. They are very quick to respond to emails and phone calls and to make sure we have what we need to keep our dogs safe.

Very happy with installation and training, dogs (two) are responding very well, let them loose for a couple of weeks now with no problems. We like the fact that the collars do not need to be charged and the batteries last for up to two years. We would recommend this system to anyone considering a radio dog fence
