As a gift, pretty nice! Print quality itself was lovely. My problems came with assembly, badly creased pages that weren’t replaced (you pay per page), little scuffs on the odd page and and plastic protective pages I added on had dust stuck to them that I couldn’t get off and only ended up looking worse after I tried. That said, I would still use the business. I would have quality control concerns over using them as a supplier but for gifts - pretty good :)

Had my thesis printed using a wire spine and opaque acetate covers. 317 pages on high gauge paper barely fit in the spine and the top and bottom edges curled into waves. It’s ok as it’s for my use only, but would reconsider my options for submission-level printing.

The product itself was just what I ordered. It was good quality. My only trepidation unfortunately, is paying £17.00 for next day delivery to receive it two days after. The company were good at communication but was only offered around £6 postage refund and £5 towards my next purchase which although is acceptable, the purpose of paying £17 was to have it the next day and this was not achieved. If I was not in a rush I would use this company again however.
