Not only did they not ring me back as promised. They could not be bothered to explain why they did not want to take on my case. The young man on the phone was very helpful but I’m afraid that the rest of the team let him down. I was wanting them to represent my 100 yr old aunt. Shame on them.

I have recently been supported with them. The team including the reception staff are extremely helpful, efficient and have kept me informed and updated through the service I received.
I have recently worked with Stacey for my conveyancing, again she kept me updated and informed and made each part as easy as possible along with highlighting anything to assist me further to speed up the process effectively.

DPA Law did conveyancing for me in January this year, in June I contacted them again to act on my behalf for a sale of another property . They acknowledged my email , but never bothered to contact me to follow it up . Obviously they don’t require or want repeat business !
Very disappointed in this company. Very drawn out process on what was a straight forward case. Greedy and unjustified fees added. Dealt with Rachel Hughes. Would never recommend this company
Great company, Stacey and colleagues excellent with my sale and purchase.
