Purple strips are poor quality
Quick delivery is the only positive which gets a two instead of a one star.
The purple strips do not stick onto the teeth properly and leave lots of purple residue which is a pain to fully remove. They move around too much in the mouth to fully assess if they’re effective or not.
Been offered a refund so I will see how long that takes.

With adhesion issues, a few small adjustments can sometimes help:
• Wait 30 minutes after brushing, then dry teeth until squeaky
• Apply from the centre and press along the edge before folding behind the teeth
• Keep lips slightly open for the first minute
• Trim 2–3 mm if the lower strip feels too large

Whitening strips that don’t conform to claims
The teeth whitening strips are too flimsy, non adherent and don’t whiten at all. The most annoying fact is that the company do promise a full refund to customers disappointed with the the results, or in fact no results. I have been contacting this company since November 2025, and in spite of pestering them with requests for the refund they promise, nothing happens. Their only response seems to be repeatedly asking for order numbers, etc.

Mislead & Now have a Subscription?
The advertisements CLEARLY suggest, a first time application, Bright, White Teeth. Even reading quite “positive reviews” this is NOT the case.
They need to Review the Legitimacy of their order forms - seemingly I have a subscription?!, but never intended to subscribe - so how would that happen - I’m not a fan of the sneaky route sellers can take to “wangle a subscription” without being VERY CLEAR that it has been done above board & in a fair way!
