If you choose DW Windows you will be allocated a dedicated Surveyor as a 1st point of contact during your installation. Also a dedicated aftersales team will look after you once your project is complete. Our workmanship, materials (including the glass units) and labour are provided with a full 10-year, insurance backed guarantee.
If you have not done so already please visit our showroom in Coseley for inspiration, where we have 8 conservatories, 2 orangeries plus dozens of windows and doors on display over the showroom.

Left cracked wall
They came on the first day and went at 3 to watch the england game, leaving bricks not filled over night, lucky it didnt rsin. Told my wife rhey where going to plaster out massive whole but just covered it with a plastic strip. Returned the next day to finish and left the wall with a crack and paint hanging off.

Fast forward to our experience; DW Windows have proven their worth.
From the start of the process with Sales Rep Aaron, who has excellent customer service skills, & guided us through the initial design. Our property is old & of course, we needed to comply with updated H&S Regs Aaron ensured the spec was accurate & this assurance came from Steve the Surveyor with Paul supporting. Thanks to Steve, who found a great match with tiles for our stunning canopy over the bay window.
Fitting took only 4 days & hats-off to Craig & Ian who did a sterling job in the extreme heat mid June, absolutely amazing & consulted us at each stage with suggestions & advice.
Needless to say we are extremely satisfied with the outcome.

Canopy roof and front door
From the on set when the sales lady came around in this case Rachael she ticked all the boxes for professionalism , she put my wife to our requirements
She even came back to measure or bathroom window . The installation was set and they came promptly on the day allotted and 2 days into the job the canopy brackets were not right so Dan in the
installations team sorted it out and the job was complete to our satisfaction

broadband wire cut through
broadband wire cut through not happy at all. .when fitting door broadband fibre cable cut right through . now I've had to pay to get it fixed hardly the best experience . so heads up they actually expect you to remove fibre cables . pray tell me how when they are wired into the exchange box . ps thank god I didn't pay for it and to be honest you have zero customer service . in response to your reply .

Hi Sue we had already replied to your 1* review that you put on here two days ago but it looks like you deleted it and have put it on again today. You were told at survey that you needed to remove your cables yourself and this is the agreement we have with the housing association who own your house. You didn’t do this so the fitter did the best he could, he reported that the cables were “freyed and tatty” which explains why it was impossible to fit the door without disturbing them. We did our best and certainly don’t deserve a 1* review for something we had already discussed with you and was YOUR responsibility. You are not our customer, the housing association is so if you have any complaint please get them to report it to us and we will further explain how this happened.

The guys that fitted the door were professional and polite, no mess or damage was made during the installation, even took my old door away, locking is a little tight, but overall I'm happy with the new door 🙂
