People choose this way of learning around employment however they always have the virtual learning on 10am weekdays. There is no explanation to wrong answers helping learners realise their mistakes and how to rectify them with the right formulas. I Was also told my mock exams would be monitored to help support with questions needed to support the exams and when I queried this I was told it was wrong and what there is, is all there is!!
I registered and requested cancellation on the same day. I explained my reasons clearly and honestly, yet they refused to help in any way. I’m neurodivergent and live with both mental and physical health conditions, but there was absolutely no understanding or flexibility shown. I barely had a chance to look at the course — I only browsed the first topic before realising it wasn’t suitable for me. Their policy and attitude show no compassion or fairness. It feels like they’ll go to any length to keep your money, regardless of individual circumstances or basic decency. I’ve already referred this matter to Trading Standards for review of their business practices and refund policies.

Hi, I had enrolled for cemap course last year.it was wonderful experience.I can do study any time even with busy schedule. E-careers whole team so helpful and supportive. I would recommend this course to my friends. Thanks.
Very good course and I am enjoying the freedom to study at home in my free time. The only minus is live sessions are on Fridays when I am at work and I can't use zoom as I use it at work. I would need to log off to use zoom on my personal email, which I can't do.

The course is not set out very good and not explained very well
No contact with support team.. mis-sold a 6 month tutor support when it was supposed to be 12. No refund. And above all else, you can easily pass you CeMap course with just books which cost just £30 off eBay. Bad mistake for me..
Wish the courses were a bit more interactive.
As i’ve started a new job and i will not be needing this course was not made aware of a 14 day cooling off period
I’m currently studying with e-careers and find that even when the server is done they are effective with communicating and have a great service process.
Not everything is covered in the course to what appears in the EXAM!!
Poor communication! You organise live session most during working days… And recently you said that the syllabus has changed without thinking about those who had already started the old syllabus. And worst again the new is not put on platform yet.
