It came complete with an experienced trainer, comprehensive study materials, and exam vouchers, which made the learning process smooth and efficient. I obtained my CompTIA A+ through e-careers, and it was very smooth. They are super helpful and respond to queries quickly, service is excellent. The course content was very well structured. It can be a bit confusing initally since it does not cover the exam objectives in the structure defined by CompTIA, but that is because it has been rearranged to keep similar topics next to each other and add context. The platform is fantastic, and it has many features like progress bars, flashcards, and even minigames geared towards learning that make it easier to stay on track. The course comes with classes that are intense but very helpful. The tutors are veterans of the field and a wealth of knowledge, always open to questions and very friendly. I can vouch for the quality of e-careers. Fully recommended.
Really enjoyed the sessions, Dai was really easy to get along with and full of enthusiasm towards the subject.
I would choose zero stars if I could. What a complete mess. The course was not what was 'sold' to me, nor others on the course. The tutor did not know what was going on. We had not had any coursework sent to us, despite my booking on this course last year! The first few slides explained it was suitable for people with experience, which was totally opposite to the information I was told when I spoke to e-careers. I had to abandon it, as it was completely inappropriate for me. Then when I explained the situation re: using a PLA for this course, I was told that there was no further funding. So thank so much e-careers. I wasted a week of annual leave plus am not able to take a different course now. Absolutely appalling. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
Prior to course Start date the Course material has to receive for learning but not received till day-3 out of 5days of course period. As well as there is no access to Lab. Very disappointment from the beginning.
