Great company would recommend high quality goods

When ordering the products I needed, I was the only customer in the shop. I was not really given any input or help. I mentioned I didn’t want a freestanding sink but when choosing one they didn’t say that it actually was freestanding fortunately I had an excellent plumber. I am satisfied with my bathroom. My signt is not good and I was never asked what colour I already had in the room and what would go well?

Very helpful staff, helping us get everything we needed, accommodating our change of mind and actually showing us the product we wanted. The items we bought are good quality and look good. We had one slight misunderstanding with the order which was rectified quickly.

Quality product, sales team and speed of delivery fantastic.

The only problem was with the delivery.
The hight of how it was stacked made it impossible to get it into a house or garage, so we were left with a full bathroom pallet to unload.
We are both 71 and would have appreciated some assistance, or prior notice.

As a returning customer I was aware of the skill and Expertise that William would deliver. This time around was an even better experience, William was so helpful in matching up from previous orders his product knowledge and support was extremely professional even when I need to amend my order nothing was a problem all adjusted with no fuss. Im very grateful for all his support. Thanks You.

I couldn’t rate Easy Bathrooms high enough, from start to finish we had a 5 star service and the finished shower room is fantastic. We have had brilliant service from Easy Bathrooms in Brislington. The staff have all been so helpful and Morgan went the extra mile for us. Really great service. We haven't yet installed the products but the number options available and the catalogue made things much easier.

Only gripe was the delivery charges that we thought were a bit expensive.

Went back in today to see what they could do for us
Max went through everything, helped were I was clueless, made suggestions and showed me the options
It took around an hour n a half
Then around an hour after I returned hope I received the pictures and full , itemised quotes

We have just had a new bathroom fitted in by Easy Bathrooms, and are so pleased with what they have done. Personally I would definitely recommend them for any other work we might have in the future. The staff at the Rotherham branch were Fantastic and I would like to thank Nicola and Abbey for their help throughout the process, also the Bathroom fitter that installed it all Tomas. What a Fantastic job he did all in all top marks all round

Price was less than I expected due to a discount . Sales people were helpful .goods turned up very quickly

I don't know where to start - other than say DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! In hindsight we should have gone with a local reliable plumper... they would have been 1/2 the cost and more reliable.
Staff at easy bathrooms are great and come across helpful and are trying their best but the reality is far from what staff and customer want. Elderly parents decided to go with easy bathrooms July 2025 - easy, go to one accessible showroom and they organise everything. Deposit paid but work did not take place until April the following year - that was after a number of phone calls and first of all being told the work wouldn't start till August 2026 - over a year after the deposit was made! The lovely lady at customer services agreed that was not acceptable and organised the April date. Work all good except they have boxed in the stop cook.
Parents happy all the work finally been completed... but the service includes removal of all the waste... it is now September and its all sitting in a giant hippo bag on their drive - 5 months after work was completed. My phone calls to customer services have been met with symphony and 'we'll get onto it now and make sure its removed ASAP' but nothing has happened. I have never been so disappointed with a company, trading standards have been contacted as this is far from an acceptable service. DO NOT BE TAKEN IN BY THE LOVELY SHINY SHOWROOM. It has been far from an easy bathroom. I would not normally write a negative review but I am so disgusted with them that I feel I have no other choice.

I would highly recommend Amy from Stratford-upon-Avon. She has been absolutely fantastic helping me with the design and measuring up for two bathroom projects.

From the very beginning, Amy was friendly, professional and really listened to what I wanted. She was extremely attentive and her attention to detail was brilliant. She took the time to make sure everything was measured properly and that all the little details were considered.

Nothing was too much trouble, and I really appreciated how helpful and knowledgeable she was throughout. You can tell she genuinely cares about getting things right and making sure her customers are happy.

I’m really pleased with the help and advice Amy has given me and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for help with their bathroom project.
