Thanks for taking the time to leave us your review. I've tried to get in touch via phone and email for the past week to discuss this matter further with you, but sadly haven't been able to reach you.
I am glad that you were happy with the cards themselves; however, I am very sorry regarding the delay in you receiving these, meaning they weren't able to be used in time for your event.
Unfortunately, the courier we use (Border Express) quotes 4-6 business days for delivery to Perth WA 6000. Sadly they aren't a guaranteed service; however, we are exploring other courier options in future that can hopefully provide a faster delivery estimate to Perth and surrounding suburbs.
I am deeply regretful that we did not appear to provide as much help in this matter as we could have done, as this definitely wouldn't have been our intention, and it's feedback I'll pass on to the team, as this is far from the kind of experience we'd want to have subjected you to.
Nevertheless, I was happy to offer a $150.00 inc GST credit onto your account for use with future purchases due to the above delay, which I hope will be of use in future to you.
I really hope you'll continue to work with us again in future, where we can offer you our usual 5 star service. :)
