Our brand is very important to us and, I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical of how these would come out. I submitted customized artwork and discussed a pretty tight turnaround with my customer service rep — and EDCO exceeded my expectations. The product is beautiful, and arrived in time for us to deliver them to our constituents before the end of the year. I've been ordering these for my awards banquet for 3 years. Edco has always done a great job and very quickly. They always securely packaged and with all engraving correct. I love that these have multiple sizes.

My rep was not the greatest and didn’t really get it. I may have made a mistake (although its a sketchy deal) but she didn’t take direction well at all. After the first proof I should have ran for the hills. Plus never said anything about how some of the text would look at the size and the way they are made doesn’t do a good job. So not happy one bit to say the least.
