Beautiful. Great quality. Excellent customer service and turnaround time. Price is perfect and engraving was spot-on. Highly recommend Edco and this product in particular. Though not advertised, it comes in a velvet-lined gift box. Ask for Kim as your sales rep if possible. She's patient, meticulous, quick to respond, and a pleasure to work with.

Lots of flaws in the glass portion of the award. Placard was cheap looking and blurry. Not what I'm used to from Edco. However, its useful.
