I had ordered with another company. They informed me late the award I wanted was on backorder and I would not have it on time. I asked about an alternate award and put a rush on it. The surcharge was near the price of the award. I called Edco and within days received what I wanted with no surcharge. Highest marks to Edco and their staff.
