The product itself is beautiful and of high quality. However, Edco's shipping department did not package the item correctly and it was severely damaged upon receipt. After advising Edco of this mishap and telling them exactly why the item was damaged (it is a very heavy piece and the corners of the plaque were not stabilized nor were the corners taped or in any way reinforced - thus all four corners were broken) the replacement plaque was packaged the exact same way and, again, corner damages were visible. Our salesperson, Sarah, is truly amazing but shipping needs to pay better attention to the way items are packaged for shipment. In the end, we were given a refund and we ordered the product from another vendor.
