I love the platform. i love the features it offers. i love the ease of structuring and building a website.

This is a rubbish company . Impossible to cancel the domain name for the website . They show a monthly sub but take payment for the year . No refunds for unused part . As soon as you try to cancel they offer a 50 percent discount!!!! What a shower . And by the way almost impossible to get help …… grrrrrr

Wix made it very easy for me to create my own website, I have very little knowledge on web developing but with Wix tools I was able to make a website that has been essential to my business. Im gonna be honest, I had to invest quite sometime to build it and learn some advanced tools, but I was able to build it without any help and without paying a web developer.

HORRIBLE, expensive, and DOES NOT provide the services it claims, sometimes its easy to access your website (that you pay wix to host) and sometimes YOU CANNOT ACCESS YOUR OWN WEBSITE AT ALL! There is 0 customer service just an AI bot that doesn't help AT ALL! The WIX AI BOT doesn't solve/help any problems, it just send you links to WIX legal jargon whe it doesn't solve any problems or fixe anything, it just waists your time and GIVES YOU SO MUCH STRESS.... So many hours messaging the AI bot to CORRECT the issues WITH WIX HOSTING AND THE WIX APP IS DISGUSTING! IT NEVER EVER WORKS PROPERLY! I have been PAYING WIX THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS to host my website, I spent months on the wix platform developing and creating my website for my business... and WIX won't allow me to MAKE VERY BASIC edits to my own website, keeps showing the web page as ERROR, everytime I try to edit it, I am literally JUST TRYING TO CHANGE THE DATE OF MY SESSION, THATS ALL.... THIS IS HORRIBLE FOR A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER.... I SPEND THE WHOLE DAY, 8 HOURS, TRYING TO CHANGE THE DATE, AND IT STILL DIDN'T CHANGE IT ON MY WEBSITE!

I honestly don't have words for how MUCH WIX causes issues for small business, and doesn't help at all to correct or resolve theses issue. THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL, and a human will not respond to your emails or calls.

WIX will just respond to your message with a generic AI respond, and will never actually HELP you. They truly do not care about the customers and small businesses that pay wix, as evidence of their actions.

My ENTIRE DAY WAS SPENT UPDATING/CHANGING THE DATE OF MY MEDITATION RETREAT... yet the wix website didn't update, it waisted my time, and the wix company is not available, and or DOESN'T HELP YOU.... its just AI gaslighting you, when you message them.

When we started working with WIX we thought it was a wonderful idea. We even were in contact with senior management and exchanged ideas and support.

This did not lead anywhere, and the bigger they got, the more lost I felt in the WIX orbit. We are working on our WIX-Exit-Strategy.

What I liked most is its step-by-step guide that helps improve search engine ranking and recognition.

Using Wix was easy. Fast forward about 18months/2 years and suddenly I am billed $443 with no notice that I can find. I reach out and it takes multiple efforts and well over an hour using chat bots etc to connect to a human. That interaction was relatively positive. However, when Wix agreed to refund they told me it would take up to 45 BUSINESS Days to do so. That agreement was March 12th, it's April 24th and still no refund... and I cannot expect to receive anything until around May 15th. Disgusting length of time. I can only assume that Wix is in such economic distress that refunding $443 will lead to bankruptcy and they are having to manage their outgoings. Do not recommend - after sales is a NIGHTMARE.

so far I made 3 different websites in wix, it's really easy and accessible for everyone. I really love because it's reliable, secure and the prices are great. I will still use it for my work.

Our email marketing is currently deactivated, even after provided the requested information, no one in wix is supporting our request and we are not able to use this tool, and yes, I am paying for certain tools in the package, but seems the tools are simply not provided. I keep getting the same repeating message from wix advisors that it is under review - it's been 2 weeks !! and no resolution in sight. Super disappointed from the useless service and support to their customers. Not to mention the damage it affects on our business not able to use our marketing emails for so long.
