I can give an opinion about the online shop, but I think they are just as kind and helpful when shopping in person! My first purchase, and I am very satisfied with the products, the helpfulness of the customer service, and their flexibility! I received the products quickly, they were delivered immediately after ordering. Competitive prices, quality products. I recommend it to everyone!
My first order placed for high-end products. Fast shipping, although they use DPD, which is not as fast as UPS, but the webshop can’t do anything about that. What stands out is that the webshop responds very quickly to questions via WhatsApp and is very friendly. I even received an e-pipe pouch as a bonus. Very friendly staff.
I’ve noticed that people from Southern Europe are often much more social and customer-oriented, which is also the case with this webshop from Italy. Fair prices, not like in the Netherlands where these kinds of shops charge double. I will definitely order here more often.

I had some questions about the use of the pnp coil adapter so I wrote Team Epipe a mail and received in a matter of hours a email from them back with the info I needed.
