I recently had an issue with an ESR product that I had received as a gift. Unfortunately, the battery stopped working after only a few uses and the product would no longer charge or power on.
Even though I did not have the original purchase invoice, the ESR support team took the time to carefully review my case. Throughout the entire process, they were professional, patient, responsive, and genuinely focused on finding a solution. They listened to my concerns, reviewed the details I provided, and kept me informed every step of the way.
What impressed me the most was their willingness to make a warranty exception and stand behind their product despite the unusual circumstances. After investigating the issue, they confirmed the product was defective and arranged a replacement for me without unnecessary complications.

Had issue with Kickstand
Ordered a case from ERS and loved the feel and durability. I've dropped my 17ProMax a couple of times, and this case helped protect it with no cracked screen! The kick stand worked great, but something happened with PET film, which didn't allow the stand to hold in place when not in use. Over time, it just became a nuance. Reached out to ERS and showed them what was happening. They recognized the problem and offered a replacement. It pays to be patient and polite when having issues. They were very accommodating, and that makes their products of greater value. Thanks, ERS, for making great products and giving great customer service!

My original 65W 5-in-1 Charging Station developed an issue with wireless charging shortly after purchase, but the support team handled the case professionally and sent a replacement quickly without requiring a return. I really had a great experienced with the customer service and with the system of ESR in completing my purchased. I received a wrong delivery item but the team accommodate me well for the replacement of the item that I purchased and the delivery was fast. They response right away with my inquiries thus take my worries away if I can still get my ordered item. After purchased and delivery, they also offer assistance if I’m not satisfied with their product. But the item that I received works well and fits my new device. I have bought cases for iPhones, my iPad and screens from them. 1-2 years have passed and everything looks brand new. Especially on my phones which are quite abused, I drop them all the time. The price feels salty at first but so worth it.

I has a iphone case ordered from ESR. After one year , the case got some form of deformity around the edges . I contacted the customer care and they replaced it with free of cost in no time. They really care about the customer. Product quality is also very good .
Genuinely bad cases
Genuinely bad cases. It has turned yellow even though it claims “anti-yellowing”. I dropped it from approximately half a meter and somehow it went past the case and chipped the corner of my phone. I recommended these cases to multiple people thinking that they are good, but all it took was one simple drop to see how bad they actually are

I recently bought an iPad case from ESR and overall I’m very satisfied with both the product and the customer service. The quality of the case is excellent: it feels sturdy, fits perfectly, and offers good protection without making the iPad too bulky. The design is also clean and minimal, which I really like.
The shipping did take longer than I expected, but the company was very understanding and helpful throughout the process. Their customer support responded professionally and even offered me a discount for the inconvenience, which I really appreciated.
Another positive aspect is that the products are not overly expensive considering the quality you get. Overall, I had a good experience and I will definitely buy from ESR again
