Excellent service, very polite and efficient. The only problem I had was the time it took to repair the car.

The customer service from this place was awful. they keep making promises they couldnt keep and costing extra money as a customer for no reason. Always full of excuses and when you did talk to someone is was as if they didnt want you on the phone. One woma was too busy playing on her phone during the call and got called out for it!! DO NOT RECOMMEND

This is the second time I have had to have my bumper replaced. Colour match was a tiny bit off the first time but seems great this time. Service always excellent and car very clean. Lady in the office pleasant, friendly and efficient.

The repair took a long time without much information but the courtesy car was good

A good job fixing my fully electric car but for some reason they used a lot of the cars battery which is odd as it was only cosmetic damage being repaired and as they don't have any facility to charge the car, I was left without enough battery to get home and had to use an expensive fast charger at pease pottage services.

Fix Auto came to collect my car which had to be repaired as a result of an accident. They were punctual, polite and kind. They even gave me a lift so I could get to the car rental company to pick up my temporary replacement car. The car came back looking great! They did a lovely job of repairing the dents and scratches to my car’s paintwork. They had cleaned and polished my car inside and out. I was extremely pleased with their service.

For me I was impressed for the following reasons
1. Ease of booking
2. Choosing a convenient time and date.
3. The fact they did not want the car unless they had the part or parts to replace
4.Collection service offered
5.Drop off service offered and excepted.
6.Working in conjunction with Eurocar.

Communication was terribly poor... what we were advised would be a 10-14 day job turned into 7 weeks. Granted, we had Christmas in amongst this, but at no point did anyone from Auto Fix Crawley call us to say 'hey, sorry... your parts are not in yet', or 'we are still just assessing the damage'. We called 3 times to get an update on the work and when we could expect pur vehicle back, but updates were flaky (only up until the final call when they said 'oh yeah... just waiting to be washed and returned'). It took them 4 days to call and tell me it was ready from then.

The actual workmanship and repair seems OK, but with no update on what was actually replaced/done to the vehicle, we don't feel particularly informed or confident in the work.

The guy who returned the car on his pickup truck was lovely.... saving grace...

First of all was told would get our car back end of December then they mess up the order on parts then we get told it will be end of January then again they tell us they cant get a part for 5 days and cancel drop off 3 times then we get the car back and it has 2 scratches ,no fuel an extra 40 miles on the clock that should not be there and the back seats have got 4 big long dents in them all of this was not like it the day they picked the car up absolutely disgusting garage
