From the moment I brought my Car to Fix Auto Matlock UK to the day I collected my car back, it was always a very delightful experience. It is always very pleasing to be received & acknowledged at the Reception immediately you arrive, no matter what one is doing behind the desk, it can be left to be done later.
Kerri is amazing.
Then David, The Customer Service Manager, took over from Kerri, took photos of my damaged car & handed me their Courtesy Car. Though they had a little difficulty finding the parts for my Saab as it stopped production in 2011, the car was ready on the exact date that they promised.
I was rubbing my eyes in disbelief when I saw my car. It really was in a Showroom Condition.
