On taking my car in to Fix Auto for bodywork repair, I went to the reception area where I was politely welcomed, told when the work on my car would be completed by and then given the necessary forms to sign for the loan car and to agree to the repair work.
I was given an automatic car to use, as agreed and was quickly on my way.
Three days later I had a call to let me know that the work was completed and my car was ready to collect.
The repair is excellent and the car was valleted throughout.
I would happily recommend Fix Auto to anyone.

I’ve just had my car repaired at fix auto penance due to an accident and I would just like to say what a fantastic service I got. They collected my car and delivered it back repaired fully valeted and washed.

After I contacted my car insurers Fix Auto rang me promptly and collected the car within the hour. Hand over of the car was reassuringly efficient and the staff were very professional.
I was kept updated about progress of the repair and the car was delivered back.
The repair is impressive, and the car was valeted. It looks as good as new.

Repaired my Toyota C-HR after someone drove into the back of it. Replaced the rear bumper, frame and repaired the door. From the outside you wouldn't know anything had happened, on the inside there's a couple of new spot welds which match the original Toyota ones.

I love my car and am very happy to have it back looking the way it was.

Excellent Service from start to finish. The guys slotted me in within my tight schedule and the car was returned a day early, loan car was excellent, communication was spot on and the result was phenomenal. My car has had alloys repaired, wing mirrors resprayed and rear bumper resprayed. Odd deep scratches repaired hedge row scratches buffed out. All at a fraction of the cost of other competition in the area.
I don’t normally review services but Fix Auto Penzance have to be shouted about.
