I was unable to collect my car when it was ready due to work commitments but they brought my car to work for me. The guy was very efficient and friendly. I can only say that the outstanding service that I received from autofix in Skegness was absolutely second to none, they were in touch straight away as soon as my claim started and kept me informed throughout. This company continues to go from strength to strength.
The whole experience from start to finish was a pleasure.
Everybody there from reception to handing your car over for repair, to taking a courtesy car and finally collecting you repaired vehicle is completely stress free
The quality of the courtesy was excellent and the extra effort of fully valeting my car was brilliant and totally unexpected and much appreciated
They have also done in the private work for me as as on this occasion insurance work.
Repairs are always to a very high standard and come back like new again

Smooth service from them from start to finish and they couldn't accommodate me more - I had to cancel my repair twice due to courtesy car being unavailable. Be careful what you wish for !
Despite constant reminders, people will park opposite my drive. Accident waiting to happen , and it did! Suffice to say I nudged the offenders passenger door. Took a while to sort because the young man didn’t want to use his insurer,
