This is my third email on this matter, following my call with your customer service team this morning, a call during which I was simply told that "policy is policy" and that I need to find a solution myself, despite the fact that it is your return system that is not working.

For the past five days, I have been trying to return a pair of shoes, without success, because I cannot find a single UPS point able to scan the barcode on the return label. I have identified two recurring problems:

1. The self-service machines return an error every single time. This has happened at every location I have tried, with no exception.

2. Shops listed as accepting the label-less return solution frequently do not have a printer on-site, even though I filtered specifically for this option on the UPS website.

I have now visited six (6!!) different UPS points, across three different cities near my home. I have never experienced anything like this before, and I do not consider it reasonable to expect a customer to do this much legwork because of a failure that is entirely on your end.

I do not have a printer at home - as is the case for the vast majority of customers today - and every shop is currently closed for the August holidays, which makes this situation even more difficult to resolve on my side.

Since your team was not able to offer a real solution and simply directed me to "manage" the situation myself, I am putting forward the following two options. I expect a clear answer, not a repeat of "this is our policy":

- Option 1: I go to the post office and prepay the return fees myself, which are more expensive than the UPS rate, and you fully reimburse this amount - since I am not responsible for the failure of your return system.

- Option 2: You formally extend my return deadline until the end of August, once shops reopen and I am actually able to print a new label.

I want to be clear: at this point, the return delay is about to expire through no fault of my own, entirely because your logistics solution does not work. I do not think it is acceptable to penalize me for a failure on your side.

I need a concrete answer within the next 24 hours, as my return deadline is nearly expired.

Commande arrivée rapidement mais alors c'est la croix et la bannière pour les retours. J'en suis à mon 6e relais colis, soit la borne UPS ne fonctionne pas soit le point relais n'a pas d'imprimante pour imprimer l'étiquette de suivi (un comble pour un point relais dont on dit qu'il accepte les colis sur simple présentation du code barre de retour). J'aimerai éviter d'y passer mes vacances mais pas de reponse du service client pour le moment. Autant le site est bien mais pour les retours/après vente c'est nul.

That was my second time I ordered from Footdistrict. First time on a retro jordan shoe release time went something wrong, and couldn't get the product, but they were very kind and helpful, and get the refund. Now I ordered another shoe, and I got information about everything, and the shipping was fast. The product is great quality. (I had just one problem. The packaging of my shipping wasn't the best.)
In summary, that wasn't my last order from them.
