Nightmare they just want to keep my child's money!

A couple of problems.
TWO years ago I moved house and gave them the new address but recently found out they never changed it so we never got my daughters fund maturity letter.
Next they keep saying I have to discuss options on my daughters money now she is 18.
They are trying to make it impossible for us to withdraw her funds and transfer to her bank account.
I have complained and asked dozens of times....they're trying to keep her money!
Very corrupt and avoid if you can. ⚠️

Highly recommend Jade Hull from Foresters

Jade Hull our financial advisor was so helpful and supportive when we were deciding what to do with my son’s savings now he was 18. He has additional needs so needed everything explained in the correct way to help him have the correct understanding. Jade was fantastic at this and super patient. We felt Jade was so amazing at what she does so decided to open Junior ISAs for my younger children and savings accounts for myself also. Highly recommend Foresters and especially Jade.

Be careful with this Company they have…

Be careful with this Company they have telemarketers calling to sell life insurance, If you sign up for the life insurance and call them a back a week later they want let you cancel, they will they your money you have no ways to cancel, I called my bank to close my account so they want take money from my account on the due date, the bank said if they take money from me I can dispute it and get my money refunded. They are located in Canada.

Very good experience with foresters

Very good experience with foresters. Very easy to manage account and there's always someone available to help when I've needed it. I haven't needed too much help throughout the years which is a great endorsement because I'm not the most tech savy. My son was very happy with how much his money grow while in his children's trust fund and he will continue to use foresters now he is an adult.
