FITR has been an absolute god send when it comes to programming for clients. The benchmark system and HUGE library of exercises in particular make the user experience 10/10.

The background systems for automation and Stripe integration also make the business side of coaching way easier.

I looked into every coaching app I could find, none of them as user friendly for the client as fitr!

In terms of programme writing and reviewing it’s incredibly easy

One of the features that we love the most is that you can keep a close eye on your clients progression & develop multiple programs at once ! The app is easy to use ! I deliver a hybrid mix of both in-person and online. Fitr allows me and my husband to plan nutrition & workout plans, providing a full service all in one app. I love how easy Fitr is to use, specifically how simple programming is to create, copy and edit, saving me time.

Working with Fitr has been the best decision I've ever made. Since day one, I have never felt alone. The Fitr team has always provided assistance in the shortest possible time. I truly feel that Fitr takes me seriously as a customer and doesn't just acknowledge my suggestions superficially. The structure for writing programs is super easy and doesn't require any knowledge of programming languages or anything similar. The app is very user-friendly and offers me, as a brand, plenty of room for customizing my programs.

We’ve been using Fitr at our gym now for over a year and don’t think we would ever step away from it.

It offers us everything…but most importantly it gives our members so everything!

The tracking, leaderboarding and % calculation are awesome features to encourage client accountability, a bit of friendly competition and really personalised guidance on what they should be doing.

Our members love logging on in advance to see what we have in store for them on all of our programmes, and the limitless media upload facility and direct contact options makes online coaching a dream with nothing getting lost in translation!

From the ease of use on the Apps to the simplicity and depth of the programming builder, Fitr provides the perfect tools for both group and individual programming.

All in one place. At first I was a client, I bought a program and the best part was already seen in the first days, friendliest user experience I’ve seen so far. This only got me thinking about selling programming myself, because one of the reasons people buy, beside the quality of your work, is easy acces, easy communication and easy to understand.

Hundreds of unnecessary emails requiring log on to unsubscribe - super annoying.

We changed over to Fitr last August and I could not be happier about the switch. As an online CrossFit program we offer virtual programming to hundreds of athletes world wide.

We needed an app that provided easy to access programming, a way to see movement demos and coaching notes in a format that didn't take a ton of time to reference, as well as a way to interact with coaches to get the support our athletes needed.

Fitr has it all!

Prior to moving we were using another app where we had to upload movement demos as links in the pieces of programming. Programming itself would take HOURS for how cumbersome it was to move in and out of each piece, not to mention moving between programs.

The first time I programmed in Fitr I thought I had missed something for how much faster I was. That alone sold me.

But since August I have discovered even more to love about the app.

We are a very small team at the moment with me as the owner managing most of the responsibilities. There were a ton of things I SHOULD have been doing to manage both back end stuff and supporting the athletes, but so with the previous apps we used it felt near impossible.

Enter the Zapier Fitr relationship.

With Zapier, I can do SO many things to acknowledge our athletes; from birthdays, to milestones, to logged workouts. I can send automated emails, create posts in our Circle community, even start the mailing process (we just started doing birthday cards!) in a streamlined, efficient system.

I can also track client conversions from trials, to subscribers, to cancellations.

And then on the programming side, Fitr makes it SO easy to offer SO many different program times, including creating new programs and templates based on our needs.

Not kidding, we have seen our revenue grow by almost 40% by using Fitr - the ease with which we can create programming based on what our clients need has allowed us to generate an entire stream of income on our 6-8 week programs (and it is SO easy to MAKE the programming).

The app allows you to store all your movement demos in a media library (no more having to hyperlink or go hunt for that video you needed) and makes creating new pieces of programming super simple.

You can also do leaderboards and challenges for your athletes, and the challenges can be shared across different programs.

I also love how easy it is to communicate to our athletes within the app, no more missed emails or athletes feeling like they're doing this alone!

Seriously, give this app a go and just WAIT for all the awesomeness it has in store for you!!

I’ve been looking for a platform where all files, documents, videos, programs and clients are all under one roof and the Fitr App provides this and more!

From the onboarding with Shaun to being able to use the white label feature to turn the Fitr App into the colours of my brand and have my logo as the client app on their phone, gives a nice unique and professional feel to the online coaching.

Now, the new feature, regular catch up calls with the Fitr team to track your progress. This helps the coaches stay on track with the App and also learn how to get the most from the app to enhance the client experience.

I've been using Fitr for nearly a year now and it is amazing how seamless it has made running an online coaching business in that time. A huge part of what I do relies on collecting performance data and body metrics and I love the way Fitr presents that both to myself and my clients, especially compared to other software I have tried in the past that has an unnecessarily complicated or clunky UI.

The customer service is excellent, and the fact I can get in touch to have my own benchmarks, training zones and movements added to the software is something I rate very very highly.

Add to that the fact that onboarding clients, taking payments, making custom coupons, changing trial lengths, delivering training, video reviews, communication and program design are all extremely quick and simple and I think you'd be very hard pushed to find a better online system to use.

I can't recommend Fitr highly enough and if you're reading this and still on the fence about becoming a customer, then please take my word and just go for it as you'll only wish you had started earlier.
