Following my package was a charm! Great service!

They brought my package up to my door and I was very happy with that because most delivery people don’t bother.

I don't like that Cozey and GoBolt didn't tell me which day my couch would arrive and instead assigned me a date on the day of with no warning. Once I rectified the issue with Cozey, I got to choose my delivery date which was good and I liked that my delivery person called me 10 mins advance saying he was arriving. He was quick and professional.

Able to track package on line and the delivery person was great.

Our delivery driver was excellent and very kind, and helped us make sure the items were right where we needed them.

Product was delivered successfully; however, per instructions I had advised once buzzed in they would gain access to the floor for delivery at the unit. That instruction was not followed. Nevertheless, thank you for delivering my order.

On time delivery. Great info as to time of arrival. Careful loading snd unloading. In home delivery.

Rapid et efficace

Despite some minor communication issues this was still a five-star delivery.

I had been told by the retailer that the bed and mattress would just be left in the apartment building lobby. However the delivery guys took the bed to the apartment set it all up and took all the packaging away. That is a real added bonus.

The only communication issue was that I got a text to say they were outside and to please go out and meet them but no one was there until about 20 minutes later. I received several calls but from a personal number that I didn't recognize the person's name so I ignored the calls because I was busy waiting for a delivery when in fact the calls were from the delivery guy. It would be more ideal if a business phone was used to make the call so it clearly came up on call display as the delivery company. But not a big issue and it all worked out well in the end and they assembled the bed very carefully and did a great job.

Perfect service. Maybe the delivery person could ring tje doorbell.

It was fast and the tracking feature was good

The delivery was smooth and respectful of my things. The driver took the items right to my door, despite some building obstacles.

My parcel was delivered on time, actually quite fast. It was placed at my door rather than in the lobby. An excellent job!

They simply don't care- driver messup delivery and take 2 days to come back and by the time have no idea whats happening with order.

First time having IKEA furniture delivered and it was so easy. Clear communication when it would be delivered on the morning of and great communication with the delivery people. They were very efficient and I got all my things. No issues at all. Would definitely go for the delivery option again.
