Fished Meadow lake peg 2. It's a decent little lake just a shame the waters low, has plenty of space in each swim. Needs some more bark in the swims, this made it muddy. The toilets aren't particularly clean, no working light and no door on the front of the cabin, it's also not close to Meadow lake. Unfortunately no fish came out the lake entire 3 days I was there, weather just wasn't on our side.
It's not a site I usually use but I am sure it great for day ticket anglers
Having fished the lake last year, the swims are a bit too overgrown and access to the water level is not as easy and safe as it could be. The gate to the doesn’t shut easily, you have to life it to shut. All small Points but just seems the lakeside management needs a bit of attention. Fishing was good, one PB to my friend and ten twenties caught over four days.
Beautiful carp, lovely owners and the staff in the shop are brilliant
The lake itself holds some gems but the management is non existent. People taking swims at 8:30 in the morning when you’re not allowed to check in till 9:30….? Anglers saying they’ve “booked swims” just because they want access to the open water where the fish are holding up. The rubbish around the lake is bad and the toilet…. 0/10. They are disgustingly bad! I fished this lake nearly two years ago and it’s definitely gone downhill. Sad really because with a management who can actually be bothered to run their lake it could be one of the best in the country. Won’t be returning.
Berners hall was an amazing fishery ended my session with 6 fish too 32lb every fish is amazing

Wicked venue fished meadow lake had 14 fish up to 31lb all 3 kids had pbs will be going again up on the res for some of the big girls
Weather was rubbish but very good fishery and we will try and get back on if space permits
Very good venue and could do with sorting track out. And swims need to be rebarked apart from that fishing was great had 4 and a good social

The swims are well maintained but toilets are disgusting, I cannot believe that it is allowed to have toilets in such a state open for public use. No bins provided either.

Fished the Meadow great little lake feels really private and some great fish, will be coming back
