The items I ordered were all shipped really well so zero probs there . Ice cold frozen .I was expecting to taste a better more flavorful type of beef , as I want to eat healthier raised animals ….This was disappointing . I do not eat a lot of beef , and am trying to incorporate more into diet as body allows, and this ground beef was not only tasteless , it cooked down to nearly 1/2 of what was sent . I realize it probs is the 75/25 mixture , and I’m ‘used’ to a 85-90/15-10 mix, but it’s substantial . Maybe I’m ‘used’ to store bought meat (I only buy organic , and pasture raised , and grass fed (didn't know about ‘finished’ ) when I can , but because of the cost associated with this ‘better for me’ meat , I cannot keep buying it , especially when I don’t eat beef regularly .
