Grass-fed and grass finished beef, ground with added beef heart is now available for the keto and organ meat enthusiasts. The lean content will be 55% and fat content will average 45% for a high energy meal with the organ meat compliment. The addition of grass-fed and grass finished beef hearts in the mix adds both flavor and additional energy. Beef hearts have always been a source of creatine in small amounts. Several members of the fabrication staff have grilled and gave the beef, ground with added beef heart high marks. We think you will too. Each package of beef, ground with added beef heart averages 1 pound. Ratio averages 10% heart to 90% ground beef.

Great but just too expensive. Is it for pets? They absolutely love it. Just didn’t last long. I only bought 1. The 75% fat gave them slight loose poop though.

We switch to this one without the liver. They are delicious and has a wonderful flavor. The liver included gave us too much iron but also had a superb fresh flavor.

I just ate beef/heart tonight. Lots of fat. Probably 2 or 3 servings. I don’t remember what I paid. I’m very happy to get meat with organs.
