The is tougher and a bit sinuous compared to pork bacon, but if you don’t eat pork it is a wonderful alternative when you need or want bacon in a recipe or for breakfast. Taste is good!
Great for making bacon bits for things, PLUS you have plenty of bacon grease for later.
