The term Delmonico originates from the famous 1800's Delmonico Restaurant in Manhattan.
Each Delmonico Steak averages 14 ounces.
US Wellness Meats is proudly teamed up with a group of elite grass farmers from the Island of Tasmania which is located off the coast of Australia. This cut is currently sourced from both our domestic cattle and our farm partners in Tasmania. The climate in Tasmania is a utopia for cattle because of the year round maritime climate buffered by the Southern Ocean. No hormones or GMO's are allowed on the island and air quality is recognized as the gold standard for purity on the globe. Tasmania is slightly larger than the state of West Virginia and covered with some of the finest grass in the world.

Sent as a gift because we love the steaks and thought it was a perfect 70th birthday gift. They were surprise to receive it and loved them! (Ordered other types of cuts of meat too with these steaks). Customer service responded quickly when I messaged how to let them know it was from us since no gift option to write message. This is our favorite steak from USWM and we buy four to six of them whenever there's a good sale on them and when we are out of steaks in the freezer. They are great tasting steaks, always come perfectly frozen sometimes in 1 or 2 days max, in great packaging. Thank you USWM.
