I was excited for these ribs. I cooked the ribs low and slow in the oven and they came out tender. But these ribs are really fatty and there is a lot of connective tissue. I don't think I would buy these again.

These Denver ribs pack quite a flavor punch. I scored the fat and cooked them in the air fryer and they couldn’t have been more delicious, Crispy on the outside, yet moist and tender inside. Yummy!
