US Wellness Meats’ Pork Burger Patties - 4 (4 oz) patties Delicious for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Try these as a change up to beef, lamb or bison burgers. A juicy heritage pork burger makes an excellent protein option for the grill or on the stovetop. Add a little breading and you've got an unresistably tasty pork fritter. Ground Pork is 72% lean, all natural, free of antibiotics, and no nitrates are used during processing. Ingredients: Pork Each Pork Burger Pattie package includes 4 - (4 oz) patties and averages 1 pound. Raised in Missouri, our pigs are sourced from a small cooperative of like-minded farmers. Our farms are now using the Global Animal Partnership (GAP) 5-Step rating system. We raise a mixture of old heritage breeds including: Berkshire, Tamworth, Duroc, Hampshire, Spotted White, and Large Black. Our farms are much different than conventional pig farms. On conventional farms, pigs are often kept in overcrowded pens and also administered antibiotics. US Wellness Meats pigs are pasture-raised on family farms. They spend their entire lives roaming and rooting in green pastures. Pigs are foragers, and our pigs are outdoors every day (weather permitting) to forage for bugs, sticks, roots, etc.  Since pigs have a single stomach, unlike the four-chambered stomach of cattle, we cannot raise a healthy animal on grass alone, so their diets are supplemented with non-GMO grains. They have never been administered antibiotics or added growth hormones.

These have fried up nicely for breakfast. I have not yet found a seasoning that I like (need something close to Jimmy Dean's receipe). I might buy again when my pocketbook will allow

I like to have this nitrate-free pork chop patty anytime of the day. Also, this is one of my favorite dishes that I use this pork patty in: Pork Patty (Chopped Up After Cooking) + Organic Mint Leaves (Fresh) + Organic Onions And Organic Shiitake Mushrooms (Sautéed) + Organic Broccoli (Stemmed) Or Organic Orange Slices Or Organic Sweet Potato On The Side + Organic Lime Juice (Freshly Squeezed) + Organic Pecans

These pork burgers are wonderful. I grill them and put on toasted buns with spicy mustard. My family likes them as well as hamburgers.

These pork burger patties are a new addition to our diet. They cook up tender and moist. We add flavorings to our liking. Paired with a vegetable, we have a complete meal. I like having the variety available.

These pork patties are absolutely delicious. The only thing that I would say is that if you are making them for yourself fry them up in a Pan as opposed to an air fryer because I found when I cooked them in the Pan they had more flavor.
