This is a perfect cut for a Carnivore! We cut them into 10 steaks and enjoy them rare, with all the delicious fat and flavor. I just wish these cuts were more economical for those who want to eat grass-fed beef and have very few options.

This is the only ribeye I buy. Best quality, taste and value for grass fed ribeye anywhere. Great company, great grass fed and grass finished beef, regenerative farming, and always delivered timely.

We buy this cut quite often, and cut into steaks. This time, there was something "off" about it. Running through the meat is this super-bloody clot-looking section that was quite unappetizing. Hope that doesn't happen again.

I was disappointed with the quality ,i thought it would be more like USDA PRIME with great marbling and tenderness. It was good taste but not for the money. If your looking for high quality meat you may want go somewhere else. It was a shame , everything else was great! Shipping and customer service.

Excellent piece of meat -- I bought two -- froze one and cut the other into steaks and then froze them. We have enjoyed two so far and they were delicious!

Ribeye is my favorite cut of steak, the fat just melts in your mouth. I love that I can have the thickness I want with this cut. So yummy!
