It took a while for my iPhone 14 Pro to arrive, but after calling and sending emails, I received it on the 6th day. I picked it up at the store and received a case and a protective glass. Viktor was super nice and helped me fix my MAC 2015.
I bought a refurbished mac at another brand and I had a couple of issues. The brand were I bought the computer could not assist me but luckily Viktor helped me and was very very patient. It was not easy but he did not stop until he found a solution.

MacBook problem
I brought my laptop as it didn't power on suddenly. The staff was very kind and responsive. They double checked my laptop before handing it back to me. Finally, there was nothing wrong with it but they were very friendly and helpful. I can only recommend this store.
