How often do you want to write a 'thank you' note to an on-line supplier? Well I did for this one for the humour and personalised attention to detail throughout - and even received a very kind note back! My order was well packaged and arrived safely and in perfect condition. I had been kept fully advised of the progress of the order from the very beginning - even when I had computer glitches this end and he'd spotted the problem their end and raised a query about my order. I am amazed at how helpful (and entertaining!) their emails were - advising of a small delay instantly upon receiving the order, keeping me updated with progress and with very easy to use links to the shippers - it was my first purchase from Greg Howard - doubt it will be my last - and I'd highly recommend him to you.

‘A bit of peace and quiet’
I recently ordered two identical prints and received a personal and quick response from Greg checking this was correct. Following my response the items were sent and arrived very quickly. They were very well packaged and on opening, the prints were exactly the same as viewed online. I’m thrilled with my purchases and know they will bring joy to the recipients.
Moreover, the personal touch shown from Greg will see me return for more in the future. It makes the shopping experience so much more worthwhile knowing that in addition to the pleasure of owning the artwork, it also makes a difference to the artist’s business!

Fantastic cotton watercolour paper.
I always use the 1/4 imperial cotton paper. It is excellent value and a great pleasure to use. Orders are always sent quickly and I've not been disappointed by anything I've ordered.

Hi Viv. Very sorry to hear that you were not happy with the items you ordered. Unfortunately it is not possible to check each and every box before it is sent out so I have to put a bit of faith in my suppliers ensuring that the products they send me are of the highest quality.
