Responsive and attentive! Good order experience

It was great working with Harry and Pete. Harry is/was really helpful, easy to communicate with, and made sure everything arrived on time. They also keep adding new items to the website, which is great because it gives us more options for giveaways.

The product quality has been really good, and everything we've received has looked great. Overall, we've had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend them.

Harry and the team at Gumtoo were amazing to work with and helped make our custom 3d keychain idea come to life! I was working on a tough timeline and trying to get something entirely new to me produced. That (plus the fact that I work at a not-for-profit with rigid payment rules and processes) meant that our options were limited. But Gumtoo gave us options, and I especially appreciate Harry's honesty and responsiveness at every step of the way! He let us know when something would not be feasible and always had the production and delivery timeline in mind. The keychains are here now, and they are perfect. They will be giveaway item for the local kids we serve, and I know everyone will love them :). Thank you so much, Gumtoo.

Nidhi was very helpful and responsive through the process of designing our caps. Figuring out the final design took a bit of back and forth but they remained patient and professional. Delivery was also on time and within schedule. Great experience overall, I would work with Gumtoo again!

Ordered a 21,000 tattoos pieces from Gumtoo and it came in earlier than expected. We were on a tight timeline, but we were relieved that they were able to produce all the tattoos in time for our event. Really thankful for that.

It will be a more wonderful experience if some details were more communicated properly. One example: the design came in smaller than we expected as the dimensions we mentioned were on the design of the tattoos and not the tattoo sheet.
