Good communication in regard to the product being available to be picked up. I think having to show photo ID to prove who I was it not necessary so won't be doing click and collect again

I love click and collect service. I don't have to look around the shop especially I only have my lunch time to shop. smooth process of shop in and out.
It's really annoying the amount of ID required to complete a Click & Collect at Habitat, Burwood. That's why I only rarely shop there now. I've mentioned this to the staff before. It's a very easy fix but, when I mention it to the staff they're totally disinterested and not even apologetic. Why would any business be so stupid as to demand proof of the confirmation email when I've already shown my Driver's License as photographic ID and can produce the card which was used for the purchase.
Great quality and price
No hassles, just placed order, picked up the next day. Usually I have to order Savourlife online as I go to the store (I would rather purchase from a store) & they don't have any, this time I was lucky.
