Terrible service, item was not ready for collection and no one available in yard to get it for me, then was given 2 of same item and had to off load because couldn't get through gate check..

Timbers delivered, quality service
I had a mixed batch of timbers delivered from Newry branch today, to build a small garden shed. I wasn't home at the time of the delivery but would like to thank all concerned including the delivery people for being very considerate and careful where they left the materials. I decided to try the grip board (not unlike buffalo board) for the flooring and was very impressed at the quality and cost, in fact the overall quality of the timber was excellent, thank you very much.

Order and delivery of all materials was excellent, order confirmed and then telephoned by Thomas at dispatch to advise on delivery day, the driver Collie couldn’t have been more helpful when he arrived with the order .

I placed an order over a week ago click and collect, recieved an Order Confirmation but so far I have not have confirmation of when the item will be ready for collection.
Because I have paid for the items I am unable to go elsewhere, completly unacceptable service.
