I recently purchased a one-time trial for €1. Unfortunately, I did not cancel the subscription in time because my account appeared to show that I had no active plan. As a result, I was charged €30 for the subscription renewal. They have a policy of refunds and in that case it is useless because it states one thing but in reality you are not getting anything back.

Charged for a subscription despite searching for possible charges following the end of trial and refused a refund despite raising concerns about the billing process. Customer support sent a generic response and did not appear to properly review my case. Very disappointing experience. Service itself was poor and I didn’t get ent result for any of my searches.

Looked up a couple of addresses and now find that this company is trying to charge me £29.99 for something. Not having it. Don’t ever use them to look up a phone number.

Never trust ClarityCheck.
Recurring charges without my consent. Promised two refunds, received only one. No proof, contradictory answers and endless excuses.
This is a scam.
I had to open a dispute with my bank to try to recover my money.
Stay away.
My advice: check your bank statements carefully if you have ever used this service and block future payments through your bank or card provider as soon as possible.
